UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not surrendered after the order passed by the High Court as he was suffering from throat cancer and he was hospitalised. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the applicant/petitioner shall surrender within two weeks. As prayed, two weeks’ time is granted to the applicant to surrender before the trial court and to file proof thereof before this Court in a week thereafter, failing which non-bailable warrant of arrest shall be issued by the concerned trial Court. The application stands disposed of.
