UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Having heard learned Senior Counsel for the applicant/petitioner and on carefully perusing the material placed on record, we do not find any ground to modify or recall the order dated 12.12.2022 passed by this Court in SLP(Crl) No.6358/2022 whereby anticipatory bail was declined to the petitioner.
2. However, owing to the age of the applicant/petitioner and the fact that he is stated to be bed-ridden, he is granted one weeks time to surrender before the Trial Court and thereafter if he applies for regular bail, let such an application be decided within one week.
3. M.A.No.23 of 2023 stands disposed of accordingly.
4. As a result, IA No.1019/2023 also stands disposed of.
