UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Mr. Nadkarni, learned senior counsel appearing for the State apprised this Court that the question of anticipatory bail and certain other provisions in connection with offence(s) committed under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 is still to be finally adjudicated upon and the proceedings in that regard are pending before a Coordinate Bench.
In view of this submission, we adjourn further hearing of these matters till 1 st April, 2024.
The interim protection given to the petitioners shall continue until further orders.
