UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Heard learned counsel for the appellants.
Pending the appeal, the appellants seek bail. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the appellants have been under incarceration for about 10 years.
Considering the aforesaid fact, coupled with the period of incarceration, we are inclined to enlarge the appellants on bail subject to the conditions that may be imposed by the
Trial Court.
Accordingly, IA No. 111378/2023, stands allowed.
