3. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
4. However, we observe that the observations made by the High Court are only for the purpose of grant of bail and the same would not influence the Sessions Court at the time of adjudication of the matter on conclusion of the trial.
5. Hence, petition stands dismissed.
