2. Considering the allegations made and by taking note of the fact that the appellants have been cooperating with the investigation, we are inclined to grant bail to the appellants.
3. In such view of the matter, we set aside the impugned order passed by the High Court and t he appellants are, accordingly, directed to be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper by the trial Court.
4. The appeals are, accordingly, allowed.
