O R D E R
Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
No case for interference is made out in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, we grant time of two weeks to the petitioner to surrender. If the petitioner surrenders within two weeks, it will be open for him to apply for regular bail. The concerned Court shall consider the application expeditiously on its own merits. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
