UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following
O R D E R
Issue notice, returnable in the month of March, 2023. Notices would be served by all modes, including dasti. Our attention is drawn to the orders passed by the trial court granting bail to the principal accused as per the First Information Report ( FIR ), including M.Jothi. It is stated that the as per the allegations in the FIR, the 1 petitioners husband was employed as a manager in the agency which had collected money. The petitioners involvement in the crime is only on account of the fact that she is the wife of the said manager. In the meanwhile, subject to the petitioner joining and cooperating in the investigation, she will not be arrested till the next date of hearing.
