The present petition arising out of an order rejecting prayer for Anticipatory Bail of the petitioner. This petition has become infructuous as we are apprised that the petitioner has already been arrested.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
It shall be open to the petitioner to apply for bail before the appropriate Court.
