Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
No case for interference is made out in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
In the event, respondent no.1 commits any breach of the terms and conditions on which bail has been granted to him or if he misuses the liberty granted to him under the impugned order, it is always open for the petitioner or respondent no.2/State to apply to the concerned Court for cancellation of bail.
Subject to what is observed above, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
Pending application stands disposed of accordingly.
