UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more almost one year and ten months and taking into consideration the further fact that the prosecutrix has not supported the prosecution story in the cross-examination, we are inclined to grant bail.
Accordingly, the petitioner is granted bail on such terms and conditions, as may be
determined by the Trial Court. The Special Leave Petition and pending application(s) are disposed of accordingly.
