Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this special leave petition with liberty to seek regular bail.
His submission is placed on record.
Consequently, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek regular bail, if so advised.
It is needless to observe that the finding given by the High Court is restricted to the rejection of anticipatory bail only.
