UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Applications for exemption from filing a certified copy of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing official translation are allowed.

Leave has been already granted.
The appellant has undergone incarceration for more than 10 years. In the facts of the case, the appellant deserves to be enlarged on bail till the final disposal of this appeal.

For that purpose, the appellant shall be produced before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the appellant on bail on appropriate terms and conditions pending the final disposal of this appeal.
The prayer for interim relief is accordingly disposed of.
