Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Delay condoned.
We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek cancellation of bail, in which case, the matter has to be decided on its own merits, including the allegations stating that the private respondents are violating the bail conditions.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
