Admittedly, the investigating is over and the charge sheet has been filed. The appellants are also willing to cooperate with the conduct of the trial. In such view of the matter, we are inclined to set aside the non-bailable warrants issued subject to the rider that the appellants shall cooperate with the conduct of the trial. The appellant shall appear before the trial Court on 27.02.2024 and execute the bond for the purpose of cooperating with the trial.

The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
