Leave granted.
Our attention has been drawn to the three dying declarations and it is submitted that the appellant Bharmanna was named in only one of the dying declarations. Further, the appellant Bharmanna is a distant relative of the family, in which the deceased had got married.
In view of the aforesaid, we direct that the appellant Bharmanna will be released on bail/suspension of sentence during the pendency of present appeals.

The appellant Bharmanna will furnish bail bonds on the terms and conditions to be fixed by the trial Court. In addition, the appellant Bharmanna will ensure that the counsel for the appellant appears when the appeals are taken up for hearing. Re-list the appeals in due course.

Appellant no. 2 Hirabai, who is stated to be 70 years of age, is directed to be released on bail/suspension of sentence during the pendency of the present appeals. The appellant Hirabai will furnish bail bonds on the terms and conditions to be fixed by the trial Court. In addition, the appellant Hirabai will ensure that her counsel appears when the appeals are taken up for hearing.
Prayer for grant of bail/suspension of sentence to appellant no. 1 Vasudev is rejected.
Re-list the appeals in due course.
