ORDER
1. Leave granted.
2. Perused the findings of the Trial Court on the allegations of rape. The appellant has undergone incarceration for a period of about five and a half years. The appeal against conviction is not likely to be heard in near future.
3. Therefore, in the facts of the case, the appellant deserves to be enlarged on bail, pending final disposal of the appeal before the High Court.
4. For that purpose, the appellant shall be produced before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today.
5. The Trial Court shall enlarge the appellant on bail on appropriate terms and conditions. The learned Public Prosecutor will be heard before fixing terms and conditions of bail.
6. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed on the above terms.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
