UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Delay condoned.
2. Exemption Applications are allowed.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner at a considerable length and after carefully perusing the material placed on record, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court dismissing the application for suspension of sentence and enlarging him on bail.
4. However, it is expected that the Criminal Appeal filed by the petitioner, pending adjudication before the High Court, shall be heard expeditiously.
5. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
