2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent State of U.P. and perused the material placed on record.
3. Considering the fact that the appellant is in custody since more than 12 years, we deem it appropriate to release him on bail on the conditions that may be imposed by the High Court.
4. Taking into considering the fact that the Criminal Appeal No.1433/2014 filed by the appellant is pending adjudication before the High Court, we request the High Court to hear and conclude the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
5. The appeal is allowed in the afore-stated terms.
