UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This is an appeal against conviction.
Notice has been duly served to the respondents. Now the appeal will have to be finally heard.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 10-State.
By the impugned judgment, the High Court has overturned the order of acquittal.
The appellant has undergone incarceration for a period of more than five years. Hence, pending this appeal, he deserves to be enlarged on bail.
For that purpose, the appellant shall appear before the Trial Court and complete the bail formalities within a period of one month from today.
Till the completion of the bail formalities, the order of exemption shall continue. The prayer for interim relief is accordingly disposed of.
