O R D E R
1. Delay condoned.
2. We are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
3. However, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court and apply for regular bail.
4. If such an application is filed, the same would be considered on its own merits expeditiously.
