UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Delay in filing is condoned.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, no case to extend the interim/ provisional bail is made out. Prayer to that effect is dismissed.

3. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for regular bail including on health grounds. If, such a prayer is made, the same shall be considered by the concerned Court sympathetically subject to the verification of the medical record of the petitioner.

4. The special leave petition is accordingly, dismissed with the liberty aforementioned.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
