Permission to file SLPs are granted.
Heard Ms. Archana Pathak Dave, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The counsel submits that the High Court erroneously granted bail to Beerbal Dhaka and Babu Lal Faldolia by wrongly observing that they were not seen in the CCTV footage at the crime scene.

The counsel submits that both Beerbal Dhaka and Babu Lal Faldolia were seen in the CCTV footage at Petrol Pump and therefore the two should not have been granted bail by the High Court under the impugned judgment dated 29.09.2023 and 21.09.2023 respectively.
Issue notice, returnable in four weeks. Dasti notice on the Standing Counsel for the State, in
addition.
