UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Notice has been served.
Leave has already been granted.
Considering the fact that the High Court has overturned the order of acquittal and the maximum substantive sentence is of three years. T he appellant in both the appeals deserve to be enlarged on bail pending the final disposal of the appeals. The appellants have been granted exemption from surrendering.
We direct the appellants to appear before the Trial Court within a period of three weeks from today and complete the bail formalities. The conditions of bail shall be decided by the Trial Court.
Till the completion of bail formalities, the order of exemption will continue to operate.
Prayer for interim relief is, accordingly, disposed of.
