UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner which is more than two
years and the fact that there are no antecedents of the petitioner, we are inclined
to grant bail.
Accordingly, the petitioner be released on bail subject to such terms and conditions
as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
It goes without saying the that the the petitioner will extend all cooperation in
the trial. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
