UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The petitioner who so far seeks relief in respect of the High Courts refusal to quash the criminal proceedings, is dismissed. However, issue notice, limited to the question of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, returnable in four weeks. Serve through standing counsel as well.
In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
