UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. Taking into consideration the fact that the appellant has almost undergone incarceration for a period 9 years, out of the total sentence of 10 years, we are inclined to grant bail to the appellant.
3. The order of sentence passed by the High Court is suspended and the appellant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Session Trial No. 6-R/7 of 2013, on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit by the Trial Court, during the pendency of this appeal.
