UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the co- accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by the High Court and has referred to the order dated 05.08.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.21380 of 2022. We have perused the said order. However, without any other comment in that regard, we are clearly of the view that so far petitioner is concerned, the High Court cannot be faulted in declining the prayer for anticipatory bail. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
