O R D E R
Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed.

We direct the petitioner to implead the injured witness (PW-2) as party respondent No.2. The amended memo of parties to be filed within a period of one week from today.
Issue notice to the added respondent returnable on 15 th April, 2024.
In the meanwhile, the petitioner is granted temporary bail. Therefore, the petitioner shall be produced before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the petitioner on temporary bail on appropriate terms and conditions.
