UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
W.P.(Crl.) Nos. 59/2024, 73/2024 and 68/2024
Issue notice and tag with Writ Petition (Criminal) no. 212/2019 titled � Gaj Raj Singh Baid vs. Union of India & Anr. and other connected writ petitions. Interim order passed on 09.08.2019 in Writ Petition (Criminal) no. 212/2019 will operate and apply.
The petitioners, however, will join and cooperate in the investigation.
Subject to orders of Honble the Chief Justice, the connected writ petitions, including the present ones, may be listed at an early date before an appropriate Bench.
Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner(s) seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that the petitioner(s), if advised, may file a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India before the jurisdictional High Court.
In view of the statement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
We clarify that we have not made any comments on merits.
