We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the special leave petition is dismissed. We, however, clarify that the impugned judgment/order and the dismissal of the present special leave petition will not come in the way of the petitioner filing a fresh application for bail, in case of change in circumstances or if the trial gets prolonged due to reasons not attributable to the petitioner or co-accused.
