Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to grant bail to the appellant. In such view of the matter, we set aside the impugned order passed by the High Court and t he appellant is, accordingly, directed to be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper by the trial Court.
The appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
