Leave granted.
We have heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
By interim order dated 05.01.2024, this Court had granted interim protection to the appellant herein. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submitted that the appellant has joined the investigation. The investigation has not yet been completed and the chargesheet is yet to be filed.
However, having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, we find that the interim order granted on 05.01.2024 would be made absolute.
Consequently, the impugned order of the High Court is set aside. The appellant is entitled to anticipatory bail subject however to the terms and conditions to be imposed by the Sessions Court.
Appeal is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
