UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
IA No. 250055/2023 – GRANT OF BAIL
The appeal against conviction has been already admitted by this Court.
The order dated 9 th December, 2022 reads thus:
Heard.
1 At this stage we are not inclined to grant bail. However, in case the petition is not heard
for a year, liberty to renew the request. Application stands dismissed.”

As of today, the appellant has undergone incarceration for a period of 3 years and 3 months. Therefore, in the facts of the case, the appellant deserves to be enlarged on bail pending the final disposal of this appeal.

For that purpose, the appellant shall be produced before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the appellant on
bail pending the final disposal of this appeal on appropriate terms and conditions.
The application for bail is accordingly disposed of.
