UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. This is a petition seeking bail.

2. Mr. Rajat Nair, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State vehemently opposes the petition.

3. However, taking into consideration the fact that the co- accused have already been granted bail, we are inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner.

4. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 11210015220088 registered before the DCB Police Station, Surat City, Surat, Gujarat, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

5. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
