UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard Mr. Kumar Shivam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2. The counsel would point out that the main allegation is against the Managing Director of M/s Samil Agro Industries Limited and the said Managing Director was granted the benefit of pre- arrest bail by the High Court on 04.02.2020 (Pg 61). Since the allegation in the FIR pertains to certain amount, the anticipatory bail for the Managing Director was granted subject to deposit of a demand draft for Rs.5,46,910/- in favour of the Registrar Civil Court, Dhanbad.
3. Accordingly, similar benefit of pre-arrest bail is also prayed on behalf of the two petitioners who are the Directors of the Company and against whom no specific allegation is made. It is also pointed out that the chargesheet in the case is already filed.

4. Issue notice both on the Special Leave Petition as also on the application for condonation of delay, returnable in three weeks.

5. Dasti notice on the Standing Counsel through Central Agency Section, in addition .
