UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks leave to assail the order dated 03.03.2022 in CRL.M.P. No. 2629 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. No. 884 of 2022 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras. As per the impugned order the High Court dismissed the application of the petitioner made with the prayer to relax the condition imposed (para 5(f)) on the petitioner as per bail order in Crl.O.P. No. 884 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022. The condition, which is sought to be relaxed reads as under:
(f) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until
further orders.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the Additional Advocate General for the State of Tamil Nadu. Having heard the learned counsel on both sides and giving our anxious consideration by taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is an advocate by profession, we are of the view that the said condition can be lifted. Consequently, the said condition stands relaxed.
Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
