UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material placed on record, we are of the view that the petitioner has made out a case for grant of bail. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner be enlarged on bail on such terms and conditions as 2 may be imposed by the Trial Court in connection with case being ST No.93 of 1991 arising out of FIR/Case Crime No.388 of 1989, registered with Police Station Shahganj, District Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
