Mrs. Prachi Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the State of Chhattisgarh prays for and is granted two weeks time to file counter affidavit. The affidavit should indicate whether the
petitioner has got bail in the other cases filed against him and whether he is cooperating with the investigation, particularly after the arrest protection order passed by this Court on 11.09.2023.
List on 15.02.2024.
In the meantime, the interim protection order will continue.
