UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Applications for exemption from filing c/c of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing O.T. are allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to array the informant as a party respondent. Amended cause title be filed within a week.
Other than the submissions on bail, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to marry the informant.
Issue notice.
In the meantime, the petitioner shall not be arrested subject to the condition that he shall co-operate with the investigation.
