We are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition as we feel that the petitioners should approach the jurisdictional High Court, where the process may be faster.
In case the petitioners have filed or file a representation for premature release/remission, we hope and trust the same will be decided by the authorities expeditiously. Recording the aforesaid and without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is dismissed as not entertained.
