UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Delay condoned.
2. The petitioner challenges grant of anticipatory bail to the respondents 1-3.
3. The High Court has recorded that the complaint arises out of a civil dispute.
4. Without expressing any final opinion on the correctness of the observation made by the High Court and keeping the question open, we are of the view that no exceptional case for interfering with the order granting anticipatory bail has been set up in this special leave petition.
5. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
