UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Delay condoned.
2. Taking into consideration the fact that two coordinate benches of the same High Court have granted bail to the two other co- accused and while rejecting the present application, the learned Judge of the High Court has not even considered as to what are the distinguishing features qua the petitioner, we are inclined to issue notice, returnable within four weeks.
3. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
4. In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/State.
