Taking into consideration the period of incarceration as the appellant has been in custody for more than 13 years, coupled with the fact that we are dealing with the case of circumstantial evidence, we are inclined to grant bail to the appellant, subject
to the conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court.
IA No. 254241/2023 stands allowed accordingly.
