We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to First Information Report No. 130 of 2023 dated 19.05.2023 registered with Police Station Hathras Kotwali, District Hathras, Uttar Pradesh for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 147 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
We, therefore, clarify that it will be open to the petitioner Arti Sharma to file an application for cancellation of bail. If any such application is filed, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law. We have not commented either way on merits.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
