UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We do not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned
in this petition. However, we are inclined to grant four weeks time to the petitioner to surrender and thereafter seek bail. We make it clear that as and when the application for regular bail is filed, the concerned court is expected to dispose of the same expeditiously, in which case neither the impugned order nor the observations made by us in the present order will come in the way.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
