UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. Taking into consideration the fact that the appellant has undergone incarceration for a period of more than 14 years, we are inclined to suspend the sentence of the appellant.
3. During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 56 of 2005, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
