UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. However, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are women, we are inclined to grant
them four weeks time to surrender. We, further, direct the Trial Court to take up the regular bail application and decide the same expeditiously for the aforesaid reason.
The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of in above terms.
