UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Delay condoned.
We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned orders passed by the High Court. However, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to grant
four weeks time to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and apply for regular bail. As and when the regular bail application is moved, the Trial Court shall consider it and dispose it of within a period of four weeks thereafter.
The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
