UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
2. Dasti service, in addition, is granted.
3. In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/State.
4. By way of ad interim order, in the event of arrest petitioners be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 551/2023 dated 26.10.2023 registered at P.S. Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar,
Uttrakhand, subject to them executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each, with one or more sureties in the like amount.

5. However, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the investigation and report to the Investigating Officer as and when directed to do so.
